What Will Be Different?
Your salon experience will be slightly different to make sure you and our staff are safe.
We will be releasing detailed guidance in the following week.

How Can You Book An Appointment?
If you had an appointment booked in that was cancelled because of lockdown, we will contact you shortly to rebook you in. You will be our first priority.
If you didn't have an appointment booked in, you can call us from July 6th and we'll get you booked in then.
Online booking is temporarily suspended and we are not accepting walk-ins.

Booking Fee Changes
As you can appreciate, every single appointment is crucial until we see everyone.
For that reason, we'll be taking 25% of the cost of your service upfront when you book. This will be deducted from your total bill once you're in the salon.
If you change or cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your appointment and we cannot fill your space, you will be charged the booking fee.
We're doing this to make it fair for all our loyal customers who are as eager as us to get back in the salon.
